SHIPPING
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 4 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@KitchenIslandsHome.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@KitchenIslandsHome.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
RETURNS
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us:
Email us at info@KitchenIslandsHome.com and include your order number or transaction ID for quicker processing. Please provide a reason for the return and attach pictures of the products in their original condition and packaging.
2. Approval:
Upon approval, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be printed and included with each box or product being returned. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Returns:
If using a shipping service, we will help schedule the return, but you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Return Requirements:
- Return Window: Orders can be returned within 30 days.
- Condition: The product must be in new and unused condition.
- Assembly: The product must not be assembled in any way, including legs, screws, handles, etc. Furniture requiring assembly (tables, beds, stools, etc.) is not eligible for return.
- RMA Number: An RMA number must be obtained and included with every piece or box returned.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 20% will apply to any returned item. Restocking fees by manufacturer are 20%.
